Shipping Insurance We offer our customers free insurance against loss/damage/theft during transit through Route. If you encounter any problems with your order during shipping please contact us immediately and we will work with Route on your behalf to get an insurance claim submitted. For orders that are lost in transit or stolen, Route will not accept a claim until 5 days since the order was marked as delivered or shows no further tracking updates. Routes decision on any insurance claim is final. In the unlikely event that we do need to submit a claim, Route may reach out to you for more information before making a decision on a claim, including asking for a police report for stolen items or photos for damaged items.
